FTAI Aviation Ltd (FTAI US, +1, 14-Nov-25)
David Moreno (COO since 2021) bought 6,637 shares on November 13th at $ 153.76, spending $1 million. This is his second reported purchase, although he just became reportable in April 2025. In May, he spent $624,000 at $95, after the stock had declined from $175 in January. The stock went on to double after that May purchase, and has since retreated a bit.
Joseph Adams Jr. (Chair & CEO since 2015) purchased 2,000 shares at $155.91, also on November 13th, spending $312,000. Like Moreno, Adams also bought shares in May. Adams has a great record buying the shares and based on six prior purchases dating back to 2015, he has a 28% average six month return.
We ranked this stock +1 in May based on those purchases from Moreno and Adams and it is interesting to see them add to their already substantial holdings ($37m and $80m, respectively) at a much higher price level.
We are renewing our +1 rank (strong positive signal).
