Amphenol Corp (APH US, +1, 9-Feb-26)

Robert Livingston (Non-Executive since Dec 2018) bought $1.3 million of stock on February 5th at $128.51, increasing his stake by 8%. This is his 3rd purchase since joining. Both his previous purchases were of similar size and well-timed: $33 in May 2021 (we ranked +N) and $42 in November 2023 (we ranked +1). 

It’s very encouraging that he’s now buying at a price 3x higher. He was formerly CEO of Dover Corp and is on the board of RPM International, but hasn’t bought a share there since 2018. The company reported earnings on January 29th.
