Borr Drilling Ltd (BORR US, +1, 26-March-26)

Jeffery Currie (Director since Oct 2023) bought $1.3 million of stock on March 24th at $5.31 in his first purchase since joining. This is an encouraging, large first purchase. He is the former Global Head of Commodities Research at Goldman Sachs. 

Tor Troim (Director since 2016, former Chair) bought $2.6 million of stock on the same day, inching his holding up to 8.1% of the shares in issue. His purchase is less unusual and in line with his history, but it’s positive to see him buying into recent strength.
