Church and Dwight Co (CHD, +1) – Matthew Farrell (CEO, joined 2006) purchased 7,000 shares on September 16 at $71.32, spending $500,000 and increasing his holdings to 148,000 shares. Farrell is a “Smart Buyer” and has made several timely purchases in CHD as well as in ALO and LDL. This is a reversal for Farrell who sold shares in 2018 and last purchased in November 2017 at $44. This is also his largest purchase in the stock and the highest price he has paid. Ravichandra Saligram (Director since 2006) purchased $108,000 worth of stock on September 16, a reversal for him after selling shares in 2018.
