Dollarama Inc (DOL CA, +N, 16-Oct-25)

Neil Rossy (President & Chief Executive Officer since May 2016, founder in 2004) bought US$7.4m of stock on October 14th at CAD 174.93, increasing his stake by 1%. This is an unusual purchase; he made a series of much larger sells into rising prices between 2016 and 2024, raising over US$800m. 

His most recent sale was for US$72m at CAD 124 in June 2024, and it’s notable that he’s now buying at a price 40% higher, albeit in a much smaller size. This is also his first purchase since 2013.
