Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPD US, +1, 30-Dec-25)

John Rutherford (Director since Jan 2019) made another large purchase, spending $481,000 on December 29th at $ 32.09. He has a good overall record as a buyer, and this is the highest price he has paid for the shares (by 74 cents!). 

We ranked this stock +1 on July 30th based on his purchase of a similar size at $31.35. He now holds $6 million in stock and is unlikely to be under pressure to add. He previously served as EVP (Strategic Planning, M&A, and Business Development) at Plains All American Pipeline (PAA), from 2010 to 2015 and as a consultant until 2018. 

While the stock has been flat since our upgrade five months ago, it is interesting to see another large purchase from him. The stock yields nearly 7%.
