Amphenol Corp (+1, APH US, November 10th)

Robert Livingston (Non-Executive Director since 2018) purchased 11,389 shares on November 8th at $84.81, spending a bit more than US$ 1 million, increasing his holding by 25%. His only previous buy was for $1.3m at $65.92 in May 2021 which we ranked as +N as a large first purchase having joined 3 years previously and the signal worked well. 

Livingston currently serves on the board of RPM International Inc and was CEO of Dover Corp. between 2008-2018. This is encouraging to see him make another rare purchase when the stock is close to a multi-year high. The company published its Q3 report on October 27th.
