He has a good recent record as a buyer and seller, his most recent purchase was¬†in a similar size in March 2020 at $16.23 before reversing and selling the stock at $51.85 in May 2021 and $57.53 in Feb. 2023, all¬†3 trades were perfectly timed. It’s interesting to see him now reversing only 9 months later to buy stock after short-term weakness.¬†He is a Partner and co-founder of Ares Management Corporation.¬†

Julie Beck (CFO since 2022, joined 2021) purchased $50,000 of stock on the same day in her first trade since joining and Andra Rush (Non-Executive since 2017) purchased $50,000 on the 27th of October, reversing from a well-timed sale at $52.81 in May 2021.
