Energy Transfer Lp – (ET, +1, Apr 11th) 

Michael Grimm (Non Executive since 2018) purchased $5.7 million of stock on the 6th April at $11.21, increasing his stake by 263%. This is an extremely unusual large buy relative to both his historic trades in Energy Transfer (he has only made two previous buys, the largest was $55,000) and his other Non Executive roles (incl Anadarko Petroleum and RSP Permian). He was one of the original founders of Rising Star Energy, L.L.C., a privately held upstream exploration and production company.
