Charles Harrington (CEO, 2008) purchased 16,000 shares at $28.86, spending $462,000 in his first purchase in the stock despite being with the company for 12 years. Michael Kolloway (Chief Legal Officer, January 2016) purchased 10,000 shares at $28.60, his first purchase. This is a solid cluster of buying, near where the company had its IPO in May 2019 at $27.
